Jeremy Greenhouse to Participate in Webinar on SCOTUS County of Maui Decision

On Thursday April 30, 2020, from 1:30 to 2:30 CT, ELG attorney Jeremy P. Greenhouse will co-present a webinar along with Nick Nelson and Rob Morrison of Barr Engineering Co. to discuss the U.S. Supreme Court’s April 23 decision on County of Maui v. Hawaii Wildlife Fund. The presentation will provide an overview of the decision and consider its impact upon NPDES permitting applicability for discharges of wastewater to groundwater. Jeremy Greenhouse to speak at Minnesota Groundwater Association Fall Conference

On November 15, 2018, ELG attorney Jeremy Greenhouse will be a featured speaker at the Fall Meeting of the Minnesota Groundwater Association. Jeremy’s talk is titled, “Does the Clean Water Act Regulate Discharges to Groundwater? An Examination of Recent Case Law on the “Conduit Theory.”  The conference will take place at the Continuing Education and Conference Center, University of Minnesota, St. Paul. Bill Hefner to Present at AWMA-UMS Seminar in August

On August 28, 2014, ELG attorney Bill Hefner will once again  present at an upcoming Air & Waste Management Association – Upper Midwest Section workshop on current developments in environmental law.  Bill’s portion of the workshop will focus on Utility Air Regulatory Group v.
